Tools Needed for assembly

17 MM wrench and/or socket,19 MM wrench and/or socket, 21 MM or 13/16" wrench/or socket for lug nuts, 7/16" wrench for tail lights, 1/4" hex wrench for shoulder bolts, Large vice-grip or slip joint pliers or pipe wrench for casters 4 wire connectors, 6 cable ties for light looms, A small sledge hammer or dead-blow hammer for possible adjustment of hinge on fold down tailgate support, A common screwdriver to pry castle-nut lock flange for possible bearing adjustment.

General Assembly is relatively easy and simple. Above tools are recommended but an adjustable wrench and a lug wrench can be substituted for some of the metric tools. Mounting of the fenders before putting on the wheels is recommended THEN adjust wheel bearings.

Warning: Before standing trailer vertically, make sure ALL THREE casters

are installed, and the center caster is extended and locked into down position.

  1. Mount the fenders (M) to the trailer frame (R) using three bolts (G), three lock nuts (J) and six washers (F) per fender. Note: Fender bracket mount on the inside of rectangular bracket on frame.
  2. Mount fender brackets (L) to frame and fender using two bolts (G), two lock nuts (J), and four washers (F) per bracket.
  3. Mount tailgate to frame. Place tailgate on frame as if it were in its fold up position (locking tab for rubber fastener on passenger side). Raise one side of tailgate and insert shoulder bolt (H) one washer (F) and one lock nut (K). Repeat on other side.
  4. Mount wheels (P) to axle using five lug nuts (I) per axle. Tighten all nuts securely.
  5. Adjust wheel bearings, flaten retainer tab on castel nut, using cresent wrench tighten and loosen bearings until wheels spin smoothly with no wobble

  6. Castle Nut for bearing adjustment

  7. Install bearing dust caps

  8. Install tail light (N) to fender (Figure "A") using 1/4 -20 nuts that are supplied with tail light. Repeat for passenger side. (Note the tail light with the clear lens on bottom goes on the driver side, over license plate holder.)

Trailer/tail light wire assembly

Connect wiring harness under trailer to tail light wiring harness:

Green (passenger side) to green and yellow (driver side) to yellow.
